Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and takabet23 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the takabet23 website at takabet23.org, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services made available thereon.

By accessing the takabet23 platform — whether by visiting the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you may have opened.

takabet23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the takabet23 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are aged 18 years or older. takabet23 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to open an account or participate in any gambling activity on the platform.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of takabet23, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not accessing the platform via a proxy, VPN, or other technological means for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

takabet23 is committed to preventing underage gambling. During the account registration process, and at any time thereafter, we may request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of takabet23 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must not provide false information or impersonate another person.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the takabet23 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, takabet23 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, takabet23 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may include submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph alongside your identification document, where requested

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and submitted in the format requested by our verification team. takabet23 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Until KYC is successfully completed, withdrawal requests will remain on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period unless a specific compliance hold is placed on the account.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. takabet23 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at support@takabet23.org.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

takabet23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following mobile financial services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). takabet23 does not currently accept credit cards, debit cards, international bank transfers, or cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. takabet23 does not charge any deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which takabet23 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. This same-source withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified request being received during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

takabet23 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where unusual patterns are detected, takabet23 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, request supporting documentation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use the takabet23 platform to facilitate any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

4.5 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. takabet23 will review all transaction logs and provide a written response within 7 business days of receiving a formal dispute notice.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, takabet23 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds awarded by takabet23 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the bonus offer page. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

takabet23 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting promotional errors or technical glitches. Where bonus abuse is detected, takabet23 will void the bonus, remove any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and may permanently close the offending account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin awards expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the respective offer. Once expired, bonus funds are automatically removed from the player's account and cannot be reinstated. takabet23 does not send reminder notifications ahead of bonus expiry; it is the player's responsibility to monitor their bonus balance and the associated expiry date.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the takabet23 platform:

• Providing false personal information during registration or verification processes
• Accessing the platform if you are under the age of 18 or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any software, game, or system on the platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in a manner not intended for human play
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to circumvent the fair odds offered by takabet23
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits on the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing takabet23 staff members or other platform users
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content owned by or licensed to takabet23 without prior written authorisation

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent banning from the platform, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the takabet23 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface layout, written content, game assets, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of takabet23 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the takabet23 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, sub-license, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of takabet23.

Game titles, studio names, and related trademarks including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the takabet23 platform under valid commercial licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takabet23 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from any game outcome, bet settlement, or promotional calculation
• Loss of data, account credentials, or stored preferences due to technical failure or cyber incidents
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
• Temporary or extended service unavailability due to maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial commentary

takabet23 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform entirely at your own risk. Where jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your takabet23 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@takabet23.org. Prior to closure, any eligible balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations on active bonuses. 9.2 Suspension by takabet23

takabet23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for criminal purposes
• Receipt of a formal complaint or legal notice from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Evidence that the account holder is under the age of 18
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login activity. takabet23 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any dormancy policy takes effect. Any balance held in a dormant account will be preserved and will remain withdrawable upon successful re-verification of the account holder's identity.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute arising between you and takabet23 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

takabet23 operates as a safe and reliable platform using industry-standard SSL encryption, fair play certified game content, and transparent operational policies. We do not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals from Bangladeshi government bodies and we do not fabricate licence numbers or regulatory affiliations.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with our support team shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.
